I'm so happy that we finally got a nifty new desktop. We will have to save up some for additional programs like Photoshop or Manga Studio and also to find a good Internet provider but it's a start(sadly, I'm just starting out on Paint ^^; but worked on my first wallpaper and I hope that I'll be able to post it here :)

About the writing contest? :-?

No word about winners since Neil Gaiman ain't in the country as of yet due to his novel ANANSI BOYS being made into a movie O_o ...which is much of a surprise for me since the book AMERICAN GODS was written before the former and introduces the god Anansi for the first time, so it's kinda weird. :shocked: But right now my pal Oliver said that the contest organizers aren't so sure as to when to announce the winners :dizzy: . I knew that there is something fishy about this :shakefish:

My sis, :iconyukiurameshi: is resigning from her job effective Dec 31, :work: and now is looking for new work just like me. Right now I need a job to get through this 3D animation classes that is going to start in the 2nd week of January.

During the time when I attended the free 2D/3D animation workshop last Saturday I was so in my zone that I feel that a 2-hour stint ain't enough :excited: I just pray that it would push through, but since I didn't get any formal computer training (I have just gone through the notions from surfing and emailing), is it true that I should go into basic digital arts first before tackling into the 3D animation stint (they use MAYA programming to do 3d animation)? Need your help, guys... :dizzy:

About the writing contest? The one Neil Gaiman being one of the judges? I'm still doin it (making a horror short story, just in time for Halloween) but I'm in a fix because I have little inkling what does 1958 Tondo, Manila Philippines looks like! Thus my scenery ain't that convincing :stupidme:

My ma said that I'll just have to look at Back to the Future I as a reference but it's not THAT helpful. Besides, the setting there is 1955, not 1958. Also, that is set in USA, not Philippines, so I'm in a bind :faint:

Right now, me and :iconyukiurameshi: is so into Houshin Engi right now. In fact, I am so into Taikoubou that when I took the quiz, I was compatible with him! YAY!!! :date: Ha. I'm that shallow, am I?
